There is covered parking for your vehicle and a covered back patio to sit outside and enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

However the owner will respect your privacy and will not bother you. You have free access to walk, roam, hit golf balls and let your pets run.

Close to Will Rogers Downs and Cherokee Casino. 5 miles to turnpike gate off highway 44 & close to route 66. The home is newly built & everything is new. All new appliances & a new 58" smart tv. Very nice and clean non smoking condominium located in the heart of Pryor Oklahoma. Great neighborhood, downtown and Mid America industrial park are only 5 minutes away. 15 minutes from Lake Hudson.
