Spacious renovated apartment on the second floor without an elevator of a condominium from the early 1900s located next to the covered market, a stone's throw from Viale XX Settembre and Piazza Goldoni. Very well served area, full of restaurants, typical taverns, supermarkets etc. possibility of finding free parking in the area or under the house for a fee. Guests will have an entire apartment with two huge rooms, each with TV, two bathrooms, one of which is complete but both with shower.

A multi-story building with classical architectural features is seen from the street. Large windows with decorative trim are visible on the upper levels. Ground-level storefronts display vibrant signs announcing seasonal sales. The area is bustling, with pedestrians and vehicles moving along the road.

The apartment has been renovated in October 2018, the furnitures are completely new. It has a kitchen with a big oven and a nice work plan. There is a bedroom and also a comfortable sofa bed. Wifi and a flat TV complete it. It is only 2 minutes from the train station and by walking on a pedestrian area you can reach the shopping area and the main tourist attraction. In the neighborhood there's a grocery store, some parking places, lots of bus stops and the best ice cream shop in town.

In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies. The accommodation, with a wonderful sea view, overlooks the cycle path that leads to the Valle Rosandra reserve. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation equipped with smart TV and home automation.
