Adjacent to the Metastasio Theater, with FREE COVERED PARKING in the immediate vicinity. A stone's throw from the Emperor's Castle, Piazza del Comune, Piazza del Duomo. A strategic location for visiting the city of Prato and very close to the central station to easily reach Florence, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, etc. One pet is allowed, excluding cats.

CASA IRMA Prato city center convenient for Florence

Welcome!!! Entering Irma's house, there is a closet and coat rack. The bathroom is a little dated. There is a laundry room (shared) €5 per wash including: products, washing machine, drying rack and dryer (in winter). The main room has a loft with a French bed. Steep stairs! You can't stand up on the top. Below is a sofa/bed and TV cabinet. You go into the kitchen, with the gas stove. On the terrace (shared) you can stay on a sofa table, armchairs and hammock (not in winter). Thank you!

Casa Stella

Entire apartment that can accommodate families. Equipped with full kitchen and TV in the living room. A strong point is the proximity to the center of Prato, about 15 minutes on foot and less than 10 by car. The bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. The nearest train station is Serraglio, about 15/20 minutes walk. From this you can reach the central station of Florence in 20 or 30 minutes, depending on the trains. Living nearby, we are always available in case of any eventuality.

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

"E's House" apartment

E's house is a charming apartment on two floors located in the ZTL of downtown Sesto Fiorentino, 6 km from Florence. Very close to all shops and services. It is a short walk from the bus stop, a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to the airport, it is a great starting point if you are interested in visiting Florence. The apartment is new, furnished in a modern style and complete with appliances in order to make your stay more comfortable.

Il Serraglio Apartment

Located a short walk from the Prato Porta al Serraglio train station, this bright apartment is perfect for exploring downtown Prato and traveling throughout Tuscany. In just 30 minutes by train you can get to Firenze. The apartment is on the second floor of a building without elevator. Paid parking is available (even indoors) in the immediate vicinity.

Pleasant apartment on the first floor of a building with independent entrance, consisting of a large and spacious double bedroom, living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and small closet.
