Lovely apartment located 200 meters from the sea and the marina, in a quiet and central area of the beautiful resort of Santa Maria Navarrese, defined "Pearl of Ogliastra" for its natural beauty, for its enchanting landscapes where the encounter between the mountain and the sea originates beaches, coasts and breathtaking naturalistic places; to name a few Pedra Longa, Loc. Golgo, Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé within walking distance or by the sea. The apartment is on the raised floor of a small residential complex surrounded by a garden; it consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom, veranda, parking and barbecue available in the garden. The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed that can be used to accommodate an extra person in case of need. It is rented for a minimum period of five days.
