Experience the lake from the lake, staying in this house. With a view from the balcony, over the entire lake center, from the Varenna promontory with the Vezio castle to that of Bellagio, including all the most famous villas in the area. Starting in 2026, garage parking, on request and 75 meters from the house, will be charged at a rate of €8 per night. The Municipality of Varenna has had a tourist tax for years, to be paid upon arrival. It is currently €3.00 per night per person.

A wonderful spacious balcony in a quiet village with one of the best views of lake Como and a private parking space directly below! In front there is a Church dating to 1400 and a small square. Varenna and the lake is 15 minutes away by car or you can walk down through the woods in 50 minutes. You can also take the ferry boat from Varenna to explore Lake Como. You can have relaxing romantic dinners on the large balcony while enjoying the amazing sunset over the lake.
