Small cottage, swimming pool entirely private use

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

The kitchen area features light blue cabinetry and a spacious counter, complemented by terracotta floor tiles. French doors open to a garden view, allowing natural light to fill the room. A wooden dining table with woven chairs and modern appliances complete the inviting atmosphere.

Completely and recently renovated, it consists of a kitchen, a large bedroom, a bathroom, an outdoor relaxation space with a table. Equipped with air conditioning and all kinds of comforts, it is for 2/3 people, in the kitchen there is a single bed. Private pool shared with other guests.
