The space has a living room and dining area, and one full bedroom. The building is in a safe and very central location. Besides being only half a block from Santa Lucia metro station, you can easily walk to many tourist attractions, the closest being the Cerro Santa Lucía Park, the National Library, and Barrio Lastarria.

We are located 500 meters from the Parque Arauco Mall, 100 meters from Parque Araucano and 2,000 meters from the German Clinic. Between each entry and exit, the apartment is sanitized with a machine that uses German technology. The NK building has a large heated pool, outdoor pool, sauna, gym, 4 meeting rooms, 3 event rooms, bicycle racks, gardens.
