Welcome to my apartment “the Cable Car” On the 3rd floor with elevator and balcony of a Haussmann building, you can admire the postcard of Grenoble from your sofa during your stay... 80 m2 completely renovated, it was important to me to preserve its soul and its character. I have arranged it so that you can feel at home.

This family home is close to all the sites and amenities beaches, calanques, hikes, Marseille, Aix... quiet area in a quite secluded but well-connected place, car needed although there is the bus stop just down the street. The A/C is installed 😁 Accommodation for 7 people but with at least one child for the loft bed Fiestas nocturnes of course prohibited 🤷🏼‍♂️ i hope you have a pleasant stay and I will be happy to host you 😁 See you soon

Our small house is incomparably cool, a real natural climate in summer, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 living room with 1 sofa bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult (or 2 adults who are very much in love!) the sofa bed offers a 120 cm wide bed instead of 140 cm in a standard bed, 1 bathroom, private terrace with mountain views, laundry room with washer and dryer. Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation, the decor is neat, the quality furniture as well as the linens (organic cotton and cotton gauze, linen, etc.) will make you enjoy your stay in this old barn that has been completely renovated recently. Modern and rustic are subtly combined for the bedrooms, the beautiful bathroom or the 40 square meter living room with exposed beams, beautiful ceiling height and open fireplace.
