Like a house, our renovated apt on the 1st floor of a 2-story building built on the beach. Its modernity, full sea view and private beach access will seduce you. 15 min walk to the port and the center 3 bedrooms, 1 with sea view and terrace. 2 bathrooms, 1 with toilet, a separate toilet and equipped kitchen. This luxury apartment is ideal for a lovely holiday. 1 extra sofa bed with high quality bedding. All the comforts are there to offer an excellent stay by the sea. Linens included in the rental.

Unique: terrace apartment on the beach

The apartment, classified and starry, completely new, on the second floor of our villa, just 10 meters from the first waves, benefits from a large terrace overlooking the sea. It measures 35 m2 and the private terrace 25 m2. The restaurants and Braudel Park are nearby. It's the perfect place for relaxing or sporty vacants, with plenty of water activities and walking or mountain biking opportunities. It's the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with kids.

A 10-minute walk to Menton – 15 minutes to Monaco, beautiful 2 rooms with air conditioning 20 meters from the beach, close to all amenities, everything is within walking distance – 5-minute walk to the train station. Composed of a beautiful living room with sofa bed (real mattress), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine and a beautiful bedroom. Everything opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy the sea view and even hear the waves.
