Beautiful sunny bedroom just off Prospect Park

We live on the top floor of a townhouse (classic Brooklyn Limestone) with lots of natural light, located on a dead-end street in a lively, safe, and diverse neighborhood, just around the corner from Prospect Park, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and delis. The Q train subway stop is a 2-minute walk away. We (my daughters and I) love to host guests, have welcomed visitors from all over the world for many years, and are happy to share tips on what to do and where to go in the city.

The room is in a 125 year-old house in a charming historic neighborhood. This cozy, ground floor bedroom is approx. 100 sq. ft. The bed is full size. It adjoins a private, 20 sq. ft., bathroom. Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
