We live on the top floor of a townhouse (classic Brooklyn Limestone) with lots of natural light, located on a dead-end street in a lively, safe, and diverse neighborhood, just around the corner from Prospect Park, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and delis. The Q train subway stop is a 2-minute walk away. We (myself and my 2 teenage kids) love to have guests and have welcomed visitors from all over the world for many years, and are happy to share tips on what to do and where to go in the city.

Short walk to multiple subway lines (3 stops to Manhattan). The place had undergone major renovation: central A/C, upgraded bathrooms, new appliances and décor. Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
