La Groisiere

Typical Avesnois farmhouse, completely renovated and facing south, 122 m² living space on 534 m² of fully enclosed land without neighbors. The large entrance hall leads to an office, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a toilet and the staircase leading to the bedrooms. A large equipped kitchen opens onto a cathedral living room with glass door leading directly to the terrace for the happiness of our 4-legged friends. Upstairs: large landing and 2 bedrooms with closets.

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.
