The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

While in the silence of the night you only hear the stream in the valley, you can reach a lot of hospitality on foot: 2-3 restaurants, a popular bakery café, the spa park, a gas station with shop & café, a mom-and-pop shop, doctor, pharmacy and 2 banks. There is plenty to do: guided tours of the castle and rock cellar, the hiking paradise starts right outside the door, rock climbing, baking bread, and much more.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

We offer a nice vacation home in Franconian Switzerland. After our children moved out, we prepared the house, which is centrally located in a small town, for guests. Just a few meters away is a guest house (Wed + Thu closed) and a bakery in the neighboring village Thanks to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, you can also cater for yourself well. The key handover takes place in person, which is why it would be nice if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. At the foot of the Walberla in Franconian Switzerland you will find our apartment. We are located in the triangle between Nuremberg, Bamberg and Bayreuth, each about 35 km away. Ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bike tours with direct access to bike and hiking trails at your doorstep. The train station is 300 m away (hourly). An electric charging station is about 200 m away. Shopping is nearby. Bakery, butcher about 500 m.

It is located at the southern entrance to Franconian Switzerland in Thuisbrunn, just about 5 minutes by car from Gräfenberg. The local brewery Elch Bräu – Gasthof Seitz is a few steps away. Thuisbrunn is located directly on the famous Fünf-Seidla-Steig® – ideal for hiking, enjoying and discovering.
