One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Stoana Apt 3-6

Overlooking the Alps, the holiday apartment "Stoana 3-6" in Valle Aurina impresses guests with its panoramic views. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided for a fee. Moreover, there is a wellness area on the premises with a shared sauna and hay beds.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment "Oberhöhe Apt Talblick" is located in a very quiet area of Gemeinde Ahrntal. This 65 m² property consists of a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as cable and satellite TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace that offers spectacular mountain views.

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Our house is located in Antholz Obertal away from the village in a quiet and sunny location. We are surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to relax. In summer, our house is an ideal starting point for our cultivated alpine pastures and our beautiful mountains. In winter, you can use the perfectly groomed slopes in our biathlon center and on the beautiful Kronplatz ski resort. In addition, there are also two toboggan runs to managed huts in the Antholzertal.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.
