Quiet, close to the forest and all amenities, charming cottage-cabin-tiny house of about 40 m2, pleasant and comfortable on a closed and wooded garden of 1000 m2. LPO refuge. On the ground floor, a small kitchen open to a cozy living room overlooking a large terrace with electric blind, serves a bedroom and a WC shower room. Upstairs by a (quite steep) staircase leads to a mezzanine and a 3-bed bedroom. Outside is a shelter where you can relax and eat.

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.
