Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. The garden measures 7,000 sqm; it is located on a hill in a very quiet and reserved area just 10 minutes from the sea. The villa extends over two floors. 5 double bedrooms and a study with a double sofa bed €350.00 cleaning fee for check-out to be paid in cash upon arrival. During Fall and Winter, heating costs will be extra. Check-in/Check-out Saturday.
