The garden by the sea

A 150-square-meter villa on the Tuscan sea of Prato Ranieri, surrounded by a wonderful and well-kept garden, located in a quiet pedestrian area, with a sandy beach right in front of the gate. Equipped with two parking spaces, it is perfect for families and groups of friends, with a private solarium, a relaxation area and a dining area under a cozy patio. The property is enhanced by a panoramic terrace overlooking the sunset. Within walking distance are beach resorts, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants.

The little house by the sea

The accommodation is a beautiful two-room apartment 50 meters from the sea, completely renovated, with a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and a covered terrace. The apartment, equipped with an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV, is in a very central area and is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is a large free parking lot 100 meters away. There is no linen (sheets and bath towels), you can have it for an extra cost.

Il Limone, appartamento di 45 mq, a piano terreno composto da una camera da letto, da cucina soggiorno, ampio bagno e con spazio attrezzato per mangiare all’aperto. Ha un ingresso indipendente ed è situato in una silenziosa corte privata con giardino recintato. L’appartamento è dotato di quanto può rendere confortevole un soggiorno di vacanza per un massimo 4 persone. La struttura è situata nel centro di Follonica a 600 metri dal mare e 200 dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicina a tutti i servizi.
