Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

Skinopi Fisherman's House

A folk fisherman's house from the 50's, has been carefully renovated with detail. Located in the traditional fisherman's village of Skinopi just next to the shore, it will offer you exceptional holidays away from stressful .Daily life If we have to give a name to that house..it would be the house of colors! Introducing all tones of colors of a daytime like sky's blue and sun's gold or even orange and purple of a sunset. Also night's dark hues have been set as an illusion between moon and stars.

Aggelis Villa Sifnos

It's a cottage house on a very quiet and peaceful place on the northeast side of the island. You have an amazing view to the Aegean Sea, which gives you the opportunity to relax and rest while being on your vacation. There is one master bedroom with a queen bed with a Grecostrom Bodytopia Series matress and two single beds in the resting area which is shared with the kitchen. It's also fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, which will give you the ability to enjoy your vacation at your own pace.

AQUA HOUSE 2

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

The windmill in Milos' port

Dating back to the 19th century, this meticulously renovated windmill offers a one-of-a-kind retreat. Spread across two floors, the windmill features a cozy living room on the ground floor & a comfortable bedroom with an attached WC on the upper floor. Step outside and be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the gulf of Adamas.

A newly built maisonette, which is set to host you, was completed last June and offers a relaxing experience with many amenities and an incredible sea view in the Adamas bay. It is 4 km from Adamas and 5 km from the island's airport and villages. Aegis-Obsidianos has a double bedroom, upstairs, with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the island's port. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a kitchen, a sofa bed and a courtyard overlooking Adamas Bay.

"Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.

Mersinia

We host in three more houses in Kimolos. Vroulidi Charplovouni Makropounta The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a five-minute walk from the center of the village. Next to the bus stop, opposite the Kiki mini market and above the free municipal parking. The internet speed is very good and many guests come for remote work.

Maison Esperia

Built at a beautiful location in the picturesque village of Pollonia, Maison Esperia offers free, limitless sea view towards the Aegean sunset which will amaze you. The maisonette is only a few steps away from the center of the village. Built in 2020, it is an ideal choice for couples or families since it can accommodate up to 5 people.
