My beach house.

Ribeirão da Ilha is waiting for you! Simple house, very comfortable, right on the sand, totally private, with direct exit to the sea and a small beach. Beautiful view, calm sea, suitable for bathing, great for fishing and water sports, boat ramp a few meters away and boat mooring in front of the house. Very close to Villa Casarão (parties and events), in the middle of the oyster gastronomic route and a few minutes from the airport. Parking for up to 3 small or 1 large car. We will be happy to welcome you!

The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

Where at the end of the cul-de-sac, we have a sand soccer field and a playground. Very wide street, it was a gated community. Close to the beaches of Mozambique, Barra da Lagoa, Santinho and Ingleses. Shops within easy reach by car or on foot, with a gas station, markets, pharmacies, barber...
