Quinta das Marias, quiet and well located

The apartment is independent of the house and its use is private. These are new and practical facilities, designed and decorated by an architect, with the necessary items for days of tranquility. We are well located and it is a short walk to the beaches and the historic center. It is a few meters to the Fort by the street that gives access to Pontal beach. Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

Enjoy Trindade, staying in the exclusive hill of Cepilho. In a simple, beautiful, comfortable house, very cozy, with an incredible look of the sea, the beach and the Atlantic forest. The house is 150 meters from Cepilho beach. The street does not reach the house yet, but they have a parking space available below. To get to the house you need to climb a steep staircase. It is good to bring little luggage, and preferable backpack than a suitcase. the ascent may be tiring but the look pays off.

Our Chalet is less than 2 minutes from the beach, with a stunning look and in the summer with the sunset setting in the sea and can be seen from the window of your lodging, sleep with the sound of the waves of the sea and do not be alarmed if there are any pterodactable laughs, in fact, they are frigates that eventually fly close to the residence especially on days that the fishermen collect their fish close to the beach.
