The house has a swimming pool and private barbecue, full kitchen and deck overlooking the sea. Closed condominium and insurance The charming Village Búzios condominium is located on Praia dos Ossos. Walk to the beaches; dos Ossos, Azeda, Azedinha, João Fernando and more. Stroll along the Orla Bardot to Rua das Pedras without needing a car. Breakfast is sometimes included in the morning.

We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. The apartment is very cozy, well decorated and certainly very comfortable. You can do most things on foot, there is no need for a car, everything here is close! such as the beach, the Bardot waterfront, the statue of the 3 fishermen, Rua das Pedras. On the waterfront you will have access to the most popular beaches!! Quiet place that offers what you need. There are good shops with a pharmacy, markets, greengrocer, snack bars, restaurant. We don't have a garage, but we have a very safe street.

The house is 1.3 km from Rua das Pedras, Centro de Búzios, about 10 minutes walking along Orla Bardot. Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
