Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right at the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house.
