The accommodation includes on the ground floor an entrance, a master bedroom with a shower room, a separate toilet, a kitchen open to a living room, and a laundry room. Upstairs, two bedrooms including a master suite with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. The place is air-conditioned. The accommodation has just been created, in the continuity of our house , but everything is completely separate without any vis-à-vis. Private parking.

It includes a big terrace , parking, 2 king size beds (5,25 feet) and enjoys a beautiful view over the mountains. We live between Jausiers and Barcelonnette. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car.
