Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Looking for calm to recharge your batteries? 3 hours from Paris, we rent our fully equipped family home located in the Bourbonnais wooded countryside. Not intended for public use, any reservation for profit or commercial purposes is prohibited. 2-story non-smoking house on fully enclosed 3000 m2 wooded land with pool. Cozy old farmhouse

Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

The refuge

Close to Lurcy-Lévis, the circuit and Street-art, on the edge of the Chemin de Compostelle, the Refuge welcomes you with an open equipped kitchen in a living room, two bedrooms, toilet and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking in private courtyard that can accommodate your vehicles as well as car door. Meals can be offered by reservation through our caterer.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Château de Paraize

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

Close to our farm, we offer for rent this typical Bourbon farmhouse that we have just completely renovated in June 2021. The house is located close to Moulins (30 Km), Bourbon-l'Archambault and its spa (20 Km), Tronçais Forest (20 Km), Lurcy-Lévy and its circuit (7 Km), 20 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. You will find a very nice network of hiking trails.
