The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Traumhafte 180m2 Wohnfläche und 1000m2 Garten. Oberer Stock: Schlafzimmer , Bad und große Wohnküche mit 2 Küchenbereichen. Untere Etage: 2. Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, Kinderecke. Garten: großer Pool mit Gegenstromanlage, Wichtig: Juli und August wird im Dorf Glasfaser verlegt. Es ist nicht planbar, wann die Baustelle genau vor unserem Haus sein wird. Dann wird es 1-2 Tage laut sein. Auf unserem Grundstück ist auch unser Lager, uneinsichtig zum Garten. Im Lager arbeitet eine Mitarbeiterin 6-12

The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.
