240-meter duplex apartment. Excellent location. We have it enabled to accommodate up to 8 people, complete families, groups of friends, couples. It has 2 bedrooms, each one with a double bed, 2 complete bathrooms, and one service bathroom. 2 independent kitchens with all the necessary utensils, 2 living rooms with a double sofa bed, one with a fireplace and 2 terraces, one of them with a barbecue. Gorgeous two storey house with a beautiful rooftop terrace with sea, mountain and town views. Located in the old town of Oliva, with all necessary services walking distance. The long sandy beach is only 35 minutes walk away. The house has one bedroom, a big cozy lounge, a dinning room and kitchen as well as bathroom with separate toilet, a shower on the terrace and a second kitchen on the terrace.
