Surrounded by the George Washington National Forest, every view is breath taking.

Tent on Farm Mountain Views Close to Hiking Bryce

Fall is a great time to stay in our tent. Spend the night by fire pit making s'mors or wrap up in a blanket. Ask about a scavenger hunt. Secluded and quiet, close to hiking, restaurants, caverns, wineries. Coffee pot, grill and picnic table under canopy, fresh eggs, fridge. The tent sleeps 4 but with optional small tent with air mattress for 2 extra guests or kids. For larger groups, there is a cabin next door. Book early for fall. It gets booked up fast. Bathroom in a separate building.

NEWLY RENOVATED with barbeque grill, kitchen sink, granite countertops and Outdoor Shower with heated water! ! Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Very comfortable Queen Bed with ceiling fan overhead and ventilation from all four walls. The site has electricity throughout and access to a half bath in the main house. In addition, there is a picnic table and fire pit. Sleep well knowing the tent is fully protected from weather under a metal roof enclosure.

White Oak glamp tent #4. Safari tent, on a deck!

Come hike White Oak Canyon and then stargaze at the Big Dipper Ranch. Spend your whole time on our 23 acres or use it as home base as you explore all that Madison County has to offer. Old Rag and White Oak Canyon are minutes away as are wineries, breweries, orchards and much more. Critters big and small, we have them all! Please know we are in a remote area and wild animals and insects are part of nature and come with the camping experience!

Rest and Recharge Retreat

We have a new larger tent for 2026! Queen size bed. We have also added a sauna to our retreat. Rest and recharge at this beautifully landscaped glamping retreat. Enjoy quiet moments of zen in the meditation garden, awake to the birds and butterflies, float the afternoon away in the pool or enjoy stargazing in the hot tub at night. We are set up for a quiet retreat for 2 people. Additional guests must be approved in advance. No parties!

Safari Tent Gettysburg KOA

Experience glamping in this spacious Safari Tent for up to 5 guests. Sleep comfortably with a queen bed and twin-over-full bunk bed; the top twin is best suited for children. Inside, enjoy a table, microwave, and mini fridge. Outside, gather around your private fire pit for evenings under the stars. Please note: Your assigned Safari Tent may differ slightly from the photos but will offer the same advertised amenities.

River Side Glamping Tent on the Potomac River

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Camp beside the Potomac River. Tent, bed frame and mattress and linens, picnic table, and fire ring provided. These sites are along a gravel path in a more secluded part of the campground. Activities are available nearby at River Riders. There is a bathhouse on site with private showers and bathrooms. A boat ramp is nearby also for access to the Potomac River.

Conowingo Creek Campsite

Walking paths leading to the scenic Conowingo Creek make this private setting located in southern Lancaster County a perfect relaxing get away. A short walk will put you on the banks of ideal fishing or a refreshing dip in the beautiful waterway. Then, after an evening by the campfire and a cozy night of sleep, a short drive gives you access to the Susquehanna River where hiking and scenic overlooks abound.
