Αγαπητοί επισκέπτες, Καλώς ήρθατε στη μαγευτική μας εξοχική κατοικία, όπου η παράδοση συναντά τη σύγχρονη αισθητική! Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιά, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό πλάτανο. Σε απόσταση μόλις 5 μ. θα βρείτε μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο, καφέ,εστιατόρια κτλ. Η θάλασσα απέχει περίπου 3 χλμ. (10λεπτά οδήγηση). Υπάρχει άφθονος χώρος δωρεάν πάρκινγκ περιμετρικά του σπιτιού. Το Handmade Farm House είναι ένα σπίτι με ταυτότητα! Κάθε γωνία του, από την οροφή μέχρι το μπάνιο φτιάχτηκε από εμάς στο χέρι. Μας πήρε χρόνο, πολύ ενέργεια, τόνους έμπνευσης και πολύ μεράκι για να γίνει όπως το φανταστήκαμε και να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας! Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. Βάζουμε το "παραδοσιακό" στη φιλοξενία... το μόνο που μένει είναι να την απολαύσετε!

The maisonette has two double beds . There are three balconies offering incredible views. The property is fully equipped with all you need to make your stay comfortable and stress free.

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
