Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού Ποταμιά, ακριβώς μπροστά από τον γνωστό πλάτανο. Σε απόσταση μόλις 5 μ. θα βρείτε μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο, καφέ,εστιατόρια κτλ. Η θάλασσα απέχει περίπου 3 χλμ. (10λεπτά οδήγηση). Υπάρχει άφθονος χώρος δωρεάν πάρκινγκ περιμετρικά του σπιτιού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της Θάσου. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχει επίσης φούρνος και σουπερ μάρκετ.
