There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.

Where an imposing entree welcomes you. In the large private garden is a swimmingpool (10 x 5 )with a nice sun beachy terrace, a veranda where you can barbeque and a open fire place where you can make delilcious qoulash in the traditional Hungarian way.
