It's in the heart of Precojo village (4 mins from the beach) that you will spend your vacation in this renovated T3 of 80 m². Located on the garden level of our main residence, you will have access to a small private garden. The apartment is composed of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bed in 160cm and 1 bed in 140cm), a laundry room and a bathroom with Italian shower. The view from the bedrooms overlooks our pretty garden.

Nice terrace studio close to Porto-Vecchio & beaches

A 25 square meter studio, but you will appreciate the independent room with a real bed. The long equipped kitchen, (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator...) allows you to prepare the meal easily. There is a small living room with two armchairs where you can watch TV The exterior is made with a wooden deck, garden furniture and on-site barbecue with forest views, a quiet place to relax. (The departmental road can however be a nuisance during working hours)

Cosy apartment, spacious and very bright. Fully equipped and air-conditioned with mountain view and lovely terrace. Ideally located in the city center and 500 m from the port of Porto-Vecchio, you will have all the shops nearby to do your shopping on foot: bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, cafe, grocery, shops, ... We offer this nice 27 m2 studio in Porto Vecchio on private property. Ideally located since it is 1 min from the city center, 1 min from the health course and close to the beaches. You will have a kitchen/living area, a sleeping area with 140 x 190 bedding with storage. Bathroom with large shower and washing machine. As the construction is very recent, the vegetation could not work a miracle to hide the view, the neighborhood is very nice.
