Delightful apartment of 50 square meters on the ground floor, in a two-story building with an equipped outdoor veranda and private parking with automatic gate. The apartment, recently built and with new furnishings, consists of a living room (equipped with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, oven), double bedroom, bedroom, bathroom with shower. At the Farm, there is also a restaurant for guests where, by booking, they receive typical Tuscan meals with the products of the Il Bosco Felice Farm. Breakfast is also served here.

Centrally located apartment, overlooking the seafront, a few steps from the Marinella beach and the central square, located on the first floor, without elevator but with stair lift for the disabled, has a large double bedroom, single bedroom, spacious kitchen with induction and dishwasher and large living room with dining area and sea view, bathroom and closet. On the balcony you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view.

Intimate, cozy and bright apartment in Albinia just a few minutes walk from Giannella beach. The Casa al Mare consists of a living room with open space kitchen and terrace, double bedroom and bathroom.
