It features two floors joined by an external staircase, with a large porticoed area for windy days. Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Beautiful Villa with Pool in Palau.

The villa surrounded by a huge garden has spacious equipped verandas, and a beautiful private swimming pool completely reserved. It consists of a large living room with dining area, kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool and a third double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the garden there is also a beautiful BBQ area with pizza oven.

The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with stereo, wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, safe box, and private car park.
