Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Bellissima mansarda openspace con terrazza sul tetto con vista sulla baia mozzafiato, luminosissima e completamente nuova, oggetto veramente particolare nel suo genere. La casa si trova in posizione privilegiata sotto tutti gli aspetti, in contesto residenziale e tranquillo su strada privata a due minuti a piedi da due meravigliose spiagge e a 10 minuti a piedi dal paese e da tutti i servizi. Il nostro appartamento si trova sul lungomare di Porto Azzurro: l'ampia finestra del soggiorno è un quadro che cambia di continuo a seconda delle ore del giorno, del vento, della stagione. Dall'inverno all'estate non ci si stanca mai di stare seduti sul balcone ad ammirare il mare: le barche che entrano in porto o che partono per il loro viaggio, le persone, i turisti, i pescatori... Dopo qualche giorno avrete anche voi imparato a riconoscerli e vi faranno compagnia nella vostra vacanza

Il "Paradisino" è un Attico che affaccia direttamente sulla piazza principale, ossia su Piazza Matteotti. Dalle due camere matrimoniali, si può godere di una vista unica sul golfo di Porto Azzurro. A pochi metri vi sono bar e ristoranti tipici, oltre a parcheggi e alle spiagge. L'appartamento è composto da una cucina moderna, un bagno, e due grandi camere matrimoniali, oltre al salottino, con un divano letto da una piazza e mezzo. La casetta si trova nel centro storico di Portoferraio, nella parte alta della città, dentro le mura medicee, fatte costruire da Cosimo de' Medici nel 1548, Granduca di Firenze, discendente di Lorenzo de' Medici. Qui ancora oggi sopravvive il vero spirito elbano. La casetta è un bilocale di 40 mq, con due piccole camere, un soggiorno, angolo cottura e bagno. Ha tutti i comfort, come aria condizionata, lavatrice, stoviglie, deposito per l'acqua in caso di necessità.
