There is no living room. Terrace with parasol + parasol for the beach. Table and chairs. Shaded parking in enclosed courtyard. Linens and towels provided except for the beach. Children under the age of 8 are not accepted for safety and quiet reasons.

Large modern studio on the ground floor of a villa with pool, very quiet place 5 minutes from the sea and the center of Porticcio (by car) and 15 minutes from the airport. Our place is great for couples and solo travelers without kids. The pool is shared with the owners (from 9am to 7pm approximately) with a minimum temperature of 26° from 04/01 to 10/31. Several assets: parking, Wi-Fi, linens, air conditioning, comfortable bed...
