Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

All amenities available in this 27 sq m studio: a full kitchen, laundry in unit, balcony with table and 4 chairs and air conditioning. Walk to everything, train, ferry, lake, pool, market and restaurants. High quality comfortable bedding. The studio is professionally cleaned between each guest. Secure parking in a public garage is conveniently available for a small fee next to the apartment building.

"ChezlaCotch" two-room apartment between lake and mountains

Since 2007, I have been offering the "ChezlaCotch" studio between lake and mountains, to this studio is added (since April 2024) a bedroom that can accommodate two people. The two-room apartment is separated by a common hallway that we only use to access the economat. It is not possible to rent only the room because it is without sanitary facilities. So you understood the bathroom is common. To access it you must go through the “studio”, ideal for good friends or family.

The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Great semi-detached house with a large garden and two parking spaces. Quietly located and 5 minutes from Lake Geneva. There are great experiences nearby such as the Swiss Vapeur Parc, Aqua Parc, mountain tours and much more. The place "Bouveret" has a lot to offer and is fantastically located, right on the French border. The house is a bit older, but it all works and the location is really great. The kitchen is completely new. We find it very cozy 😊

Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

Cozy vacation home in Villeneuve

La Grappe is a home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Villeneuve. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Lake of Geneva, a short walk to the train station (10 minutes) and nestled between the mountains and the lake. A great place to stay as a hub to visit the rest of Switzerland, or simply to rest and relax. This property is unfortunately not suitable for young children and infants. No pets allowed.
