"Tuscan villa" light and bright in quiet location

My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away.
