The property is a Modern 2 storey, 3 bedroom town house in the heart of South West Rocks. Main bedroom features air-conditioning, a TV with a DVD player and an ensuite. The two upstairs rooms have air-conditioning and TV's also. The main bathroom is spacious with a spa bath and separate shower. You can bring your own linen, or pay a small fee to have the beds made and ready for your arrival. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Nothing like a coffee to start the day fresh, or a dishwasher to ease into total relaxation. The North facing living area features a 50 inch flat screen television and DVD player and Wifi. A large book, game and DVD library is also available to use. This living area opens on to a superb Alfresco dining area with a Beef Eater BBQ, Bar Fridge and large timber dining table with restaurant quality shade cover. A great place to reflect and unwind after a day out, or to catch up on some reading. La Bella Vita allows all family members to take time out from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Holiday mode can be activated effortlessly, and all will enjoy a great holiday in the ambience of a chilled back, superb seaside village. It's so good, even the owners holiday there! This modern townhouse is centrally located right in the heart of Crescent Head. It features FREE WIFI, views of the beach and ocean from the deck and sleeps up to 7 comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need as well as a dishwasher to make your holiday entertaining a breeze. Complete with Vittoria Coffee machine, full size fridge, microwave and oven. Bring your relaxed attitude as there is a fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining facilities, under cover area and a gas barbecue as well as an outdoor shower. Enjoy the views of the beach and across the golf course from the sunny deck and you'll love being able to walk to beach, shops, cafes and the Country Club. The master bedroom is spacious and airy with a queen bed and a TV opening out to a sunny verandah with ocean views. The second bedroom features a tri-bunk with a double bed base + a single bunk on the top. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge room if required. Two bathrooms included with one on each of the ground and first floors for your convenience. Security doors throughout and ceiling fans to keep you cool through summer. Included for your convenience is a PS2 with games, DVD's, board games and books as well as table-tennis, golf clubs and pushbikes located in the garage. Travel light as you have laundry facilities and a washing machine and full size line. Set your cares Adrift and enjoy a your deserved relaxing break!
