Enjoy the benefits of a holiday in the quiet seaside township of Tulka, only 8 kms from Port Lincoln, but with the benefits of a waterfront home with all the modern facilities to suit a large family or a small group of friends. Kangaroos, emus and koalas only a walking distance from home. A shaded kids playground 10 mins walk, along with beachside boat launching and a mooring in front of the home. Our 'Little House' is a simple little stone studio. It is simple, clean, tidy, and quiet. Located behind and separate from the main house with private side foot access. Please note the Little House is in close proximity to the main house but we do maintain your privacy. Great for couples wanting a base to explore beautiful Port Lincoln. Surrounded by lovely old homes and walking distance to swimming beach and Parnkalla walking trail.
