Pleasant new studio with all amenities in the town of Port des Barques. You will have a very nice sea view in a quiet and natural place ideal for relaxing, close to a small beach and the seafront perfect for walks. You will be a 10-minute walk from the city center and all its amenities, Ile Madame, the marshes, the islands of Aix and Oleron and the mythical Fort Boyard. June, September and October rental with minimum of two nights, July and August rental by the week.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located a 5-min walk to local shops and 10 min to the beach. The house is newly renovated and decorated on the theme of the sea. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room includes a table, TV, and a bed (160 sofa bed). Bedroom 1: one 140 double bed. Bedroom 2: two 90 beds that can make a 180 bed. Linens and shower towels are included. Babies are welcome.
