This house with a nice south-facing garden, located in the village of Arzon, offers immediate access to the beaches of the Gulf (15 min walk, 5 by bike and 3 by car) and all the amenities of the village (local shops within 4 min walk). Beautiful new house for 11 people.

Enjoy a stylish, spacious and very well located accommodation overlooking the Port du Crouesty. This is the place to stroll, eat ice cream/treats, shop, eat, enjoy trendy bars and summer entertainment. Beach within 10 min walk. This is the starting point for many pedestrian and bike trails that will also seduce you. The house is new, very bright, modern, comfortable, well-equipped and functional.
