This is a Studio room. The house is located on the shore of Masset Inlet on Haida Gwaii BC. The room is private and includes a small kitchen area suitable for Continental breakfast, small fridge, toaster oven & coffee maker and the minimum amount of dishes . There is no cooking stove in the unit.
“A lovely garden suite with big windows making the place very bright. It was meticulously cleaned. Coffee was provided and a fridge and toaster oven for our own treats. We were cycling and Germain was so sweet to have the wood stove in the entryway burning with clothes lines available to dry our gear. A touch above and beyond what we expected. A cosy, clean space in a charming town.”
Conveniently located centrally in Haida Hwaii providing easy access to both north and south island. Featuring private entrance, kitchette and 3pcs bathroom. Loft includes a queen size bed with option to have a double high, queen size inflatable bed. Beautiful light fills this space. All amenities, the beach, park and the Sunset Trail are in walking distance. The bay is home to many birds. Hope to see you this summer.
“Nick and I LOVED our stay at Gypsea's Inn with Dawn. The place is small but so appropriate for a romantic getaway trip on our anniversary. We got a pretty good view of the sunrise and sunset every day and her place is really close to a great hike to Sunset Beach. Dawn provided great places to visit in Masset. We would definitely book with Dawn again. Her place has so many creative features that she made herself. Like the kitchen counter top and the handrail leading up towards the loft. Everything was so clean and curated, a perfect place to gather inspiration. Also, her love for plants was an added bonus. There were so many variations of succulents and house plants, I was inspired to buy some when I got home. Thank you, Dawn!”
This charming cottage is located between the Tlell River and East Beach in Naikoon Park. Rose Cottage has a large, enclosed yard which faces the river. East Beach can be accessed via the private trail which leads directly to the ocean. The cottage is within walking distance of the Haida House Restaurant and is 20KM from Port Clements. This is a great place for couples and solo adventurers. You are minutes away from many hiking, fishing and food gathering opportunities.
“Rose Cottage is a hidden gem in an incredibly gorgeous location. Beautiful walks nearby with the river on one side and the sea on the other. Also a great easy access point to drive around and explore the rest of the island from. Chris was really kind and helpful, going out of his way to make sure we were ok. It’s a really cosy and relaxing space - felt like a real privilege to stay there in such a special environment.”
