The house is located in the 2nd row on the hillside directly on the forest and is only accessible by steps. The Zaukennest is designed for 2 persons, simple extra bed is exceptionally possible. Our house is a 270-year-old Umindehaus that we have lovingly renovated and rebuilt. As far as possible, we received or restored the old wooden floorboards or woodwork. Our garden is so designed that living creatures that are at home are still allowed to feel comfortable such as, salamander, hedgehogs, fireflies, kingfisher and wild bees. Those who stay in the garden for a longer period of time can watch these many rare residents in our garden.
