La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. My place is in a private courtyard, so close to Cordenons Square The bus stop that takes you to downtown Pordenone and at the fair is in front of the apartment. Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Internet and Netflix connection. Independent entrance. Located on one floor, there are no steps. Outdoor space for smoking. Reserved parking in the courtyard Minimum stay 2 nights. I personally take care of the cleanliness of the premises. I do makeup for evenings and special occasions.

Wheter you're visiting Italy, visiting friends or PCSing, enjoy one of the most spectacular apartments in town! 24/7 Access - It is located a few steps from the Old Town and the Train & Bus Station (you can be in front of the Grand Canal in Venice in about an hour!), and it's super easy to reach Aviano or the Highway. Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
