I offer my house for rent in order to enjoy the proximity to the beach as well as the English memorial. You will be in the heart of the "Gold Beach" landing beaches (Asnelle 5 km, Arromanche 8 km, Bayeux 14 km, Caen Memorial 23 km) but also close to the seaside resorts (Courseulles-sur-Mer 5 km, Luc-sur-Mer 13 km or Ouistreham 20 km) The house is 1 km from the English memorial and 2 km from the beach of Ver-sur-Mer. It has a very nice terrace, sheltered from the wind, facing south west!

Old house full of charm in the countryside close to the landing beaches (6 km). Right next to Bayeux with its famous tapestry (3 km). Private garden and enclosed in the sun all day. On the edge of the village with grocery store that also makes bakery and restaurant. 20 minutes from Caen , its Abbeys and Peace Memorial. Easy access for the Ouistreham ferry to England or Carpiquet airport. 7 minutes to Bayeux train station, direct train to Paris. Vintage furniture and creations.

A wide driveway bordered by well-maintained greenery stretches into the distance, flanked by evenly spaced trees on either side. The manicured lawn on both sides adds to the serene environment, while clear blue skies overhead enhance the tranquil atmosphere.

Atypical house combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. The house is pleasant and functional. Close to Courseulles-sur-Mer and the landing beaches in Normandy. Note that the house has different levels hence the presence of several small steps. Enclosed garden, without vis-à-vis. The terrace is accessible directly from the kitchen. The house is in the countryside and close to seaside resorts, shops and beaches less than 10 minutes away.

A sandy path leads through tall grass toward the shoreline. The beach is visible in the distance, with a low building situated among trees. Soft light from the setting sun illuminates the scene, casting gentle shadows on the path.
