Nice atypical 22 m² studio, located on the ground floor, not overlooked, offering an entrance with closet, living room with equipped kitchenette, shower room. This studio is partially underground. Private parking space. Small outside. 200 m from all shops of Saint Pair/sea and 50 from the beach.
