We have the best of both worlds, stunning countryside & easy access to local amenities. We’re on Domen Fawr which is over 1653ft high. At the top you can see Pen y Fan & central Brecons. Heads of the Valley is nearby & provides great access across South Wales. Cardiff is an hour away by train. We are a quiet retreat, ideal for walkers, young families or couples wanting a relaxing, peaceful break. Pets are welcome but there are additional charges. Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is up a single track tarmac road which leads you up through the woods to the top of a mountain next to the famous Forest Drive. From one side of the property you have breathtaking views to Pen y fan in the Brecon Beacons and from the other side you have forest mountain views. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway .
