F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. (always with arrival and departure on Saturdays.)

This very special 1st floor apartment has the perfect view from the balcony. Just one bedroom, but the living room can be partitioned with a large curtain to offer a 2nd bedroom with a large sofa bed. Just 5 steps from the Boromar beach. Beautifully converted . Fully equipped kitchen, but no dish washer. Smart TV & WiFi available, air conditioning & ceiling fans installed. Tastefully decorated with Fauviste Art. Above à busy restaurant , so not for those requiring tranquility.
