Renovated in 2023, our family home combines the charm of the old and all the elements of comfort: 4.5 X 10 m swimming pool heated in June and September, 60 m2 terrace, 900 m2 garden, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, new kitchen with SMEG induction cooktop, 4 mobile air conditioners... It is in the heart of a Beaujolais village, at the gates of Lyon and 25 minutes from Lyon or Mâcon Loché TGV stations. Everything is there for you to have a pleasant stay for families or with friends.

Independent house of 1634 renovated with respect for old materials, the place is ideal for a break or to visit our area. Located 40 minutes from Lyon, 15 minutes from the motorway exits (A6) between Belleville and Mâcon Sud. You will share with us the tranquility of the place, the wooded park and the swimming pool from mid June to mid September, depending on the weather (7m x 12m, not heated). The old and very wide walls ensure natural air conditioning welcome in summer!
