Daylight bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd floor: entrance, living room and balcony. Accessible via an external staircase with 16 steps. Not suitable for children. Conveniently located: 30 minutes to Munich or Garmisch.

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

The south-facing apartment offers a great view of the Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein. It has been recently renovated and furnished. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

The kitchen area features wooden beams and a skylight providing natural light. A white refrigerator is positioned next to a compact oven and stovetop. Light wooden cabinetry offers storage, while a small dining table with chairs creates a space for meals.

In a quiet location on the edge of the village, surrounded by woods and meadows, you will find our cozy attic apartment in a large wooden house, once a bakery. In summer, an outdoor seating area in the courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural setting: eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax. The apartment has its own entrance and there are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard. Dogs are welcome, we have a large friendly herding dog.

A dining area features a wooden table with contemporary light-colored chairs arranged around it. Soft lighting is provided by hanging light bulbs above the table. The kitchen space includes white cabinetry and a muted backsplash, complemented by a window allowing natural light.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
