Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

In winter, you can reach various ski resorts in about 45 minutes. This spacious two-room apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people. We look forward to your visit!

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
