The house is in an ideal geographical context it is close to the city center and surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with every comfort; the finishes are of high quality, the house has been renovated in bio-architecture with natural materials: marble in the bathrooms, local stones and solid wood. My place is good for couples and families (with 1 to 2 kids) or three friends. in July and August, if there is a free week, I do not rent for less than 5 days... I apologize...

The apartment is located in the historic center in Aosta, in front of the Pretorian Gates, a 7-minute walk from the Aosta train station. The accommodation is arranged on two floors: on the lower floor there is the living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need and a 2-seater sofa bed and on the upper floor there is the bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. A bright, cozy nest, newly refurbished (2021), in an attic on the 3rd floor. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

The accommodation is an all-wood attic with a low ceiling in some places and is located on the 2nd floor. The building is a detached house with 2 apartments located on the first and second floors, while on the ground floor there is a coffee bar. The house has no elevator. At the back of the house, there is a parking lot and a green area with a table and chairs available for guests. We speak English. We speak French. I speak Finnish.
